Supporting the next generation of performing artists.
The Siano-Eck Scholarship was created in 2024 by then-FCPA President Ronda Parrish in honor of Ginny Siano-Eck, FCPA’s founder and artistic director. A teacher and advocate for the performing arts for nearly five decades, Ginny dedicated her career to helping students discover the discipline, creativity, confidence, and connection that the arts can provide.
The scholarship continues that legacy by supporting students pursuing education or advanced training in dance, music, or theater.
Four $500 scholarships are awarded annually to students pursuing the performing arts. Scholarships may support college, university, or conservatory study as well as advanced or intensive dance training.
The Siano-Eck Scholarship carries forward Ms. Ginny's belief in the power of the performing arts to connect people and strengthen communities. By supporting the next generation of artists, we hope to help students continue learning, creating, and sharing their gifts with others.

The Siano-Eck Scholarship is open to two groups of performing arts students: college-bound performing arts students and Foothills Dance Conservatory students. College-Bound Performing Arts Students. It is possible for someone to win the scholarship multiple times, so we encourage students to apply annually.
